Disclaimer - Doin this thing a little different, listing my #1 first and not trying to leave suspense or make u read a paragraph of reasons/description for each track on the list. And please keep in mind this is strictly my opinion, please leave the hate at home. I did not read anyone else's list and simply modify it...all from scratch (hence the random # of picks). And yes, I very deliberately left Animal Collective off my list. Plus, lots of my opinions hinge on crowd reaction when I drop the track in the mix at a club. Also, I know a few of these joints were technically released in late 2008, but oh well, I dug 'em or they were peaking in popularity in 2009.
